Literacy Steps collects this information to understand your child’s needs, plan tutoring, monitor progress, and communicate with you. It is kept confidential and securely stored.
Relevant information may be accessed by authorised Literacy Steps teachers and tutors through TeacherWorks to plan and deliver your child’s learning programme.
We will not share information with your child’s school or another provider without your written consent, except where required by law or needed to prevent serious harm. Parents/caregivers will normally be copied into relevant communication.
